The official 1936 (non-trinitarian) Godhead beliefs of Seventh-day Adventists
In 1936, the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists declared their official denominational beliefs. At the link below there is a document detailing what was their Godhead beliefs. These were the same beliefs as held during the time of Ellen White’s ministry. These were confirmed through the spirit of prophecy as being true.
The present Seventh-day Adventist Church condemns these beliefs. They are said to be false doctrine (heresy). Church members are being censured and disfellowshipped for believing them. This shows, regarding the Godhead, how much the beliefs of Seventh-day Adventists have changed over the years. The question is: Who is right and who is wrong? The document will help you to decide. The choice is yours.
“And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” Joshua 24:15
